Hue&Hide is built on the experience and vision of our President, Varun Chadha, who carries forward a family legacy in leather craftsmanship that began over three decades ago. He joined his father’s leather manufacturing unit and export house in 1994, gaining exposure to the nuances of leather selection, garment construction and the standards expected by international buyers. Over the years, this expertise evolved into a deep understanding of materials, tailoring, and the discipline necessary to deliver high-quality products consistently. In 2016, he established an independent operation dedicated to producing premium leather garments for European markets.

Hue&Hide represents the natural evolution of this journey. Founded in 2023, we created it to bridge a gap we saw at home—customers who appreciate craftsmanship and quality materials, but are often forced to choose between ultra-luxury international brands or mass-produced fast fashion. Hue&Hide bridges that space through a factory-to-consumer approach that brings meticulous standards of quality, finishing, and fit directly to the domestic market.

We see it as a continuation of our family’s ethos: to produce garments with integrity, to respect the hands that make them, and to offer customers products that balance sophistication with real-world wearability.
