Payment Methods

We accept payments via net banking, UPI, and major debit/credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on most domestic orders, except during express delivery requests or sale periods where applicable.

Order Confirmation

Once an order is successfully placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. After dispatch, you will receive shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email (and/or SMS/WhatsApp, depending on the courier partner) to monitor your shipment.

Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days from the date of purchase.
For select items, including new arrivals or made-to-order pieces, dispatch may take up to 4–5 working days.

Delivery Timeline

Domestic Orders: Delivered within 4–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
International Orders: Delivered within up to 2 weeks from dispatch.

While we aim to meet these timelines consistently, unforeseen delays due to logistics, weather conditions, or operational constraints may occur. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly communicated at checkout. Unless specified otherwise, no additional handling or hidden charges are applied.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for most orders within India. However:

COD may not be available for express shipping orders
COD may be restricted during sale periods

Taxes

All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes, including 18% GST.

International Shipping & Customs

We offer international shipping to selected locations. Delivery timelines may extend up to 2 weeks depending on the destination.
