Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

We strive to make your return and exchange experience as smooth as possible, and we truly appreciate your trust in shopping with us.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds.
Only a credit note will be issued.
Credit notes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed once per order only.
You may exchange for:

  • The same product (size change), or
  • Another product of equal value

If the new product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
Exchanges for lower-value products are not permitted.

Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items
  • Customized or made-to-order products

Product Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • With original packaging, tags, and invoice

Items that are used, worn, or damaged will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please report any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos must be provided for verification.

Exchanged items will be dispatched within 1–2 working days after inspection.

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Please take photo/video proof before handing over your return
  • Only clothing products are eligible under this policy

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
